The travel industry is "inventory available and demand" based. Travel provider inventory may be available one minute and sold out or offers retracted at any given time. Absolutely no reservations are guaranteed until a confirmation number is received by the carriers and travel providers. We can only quote travel supplier rates with the information that is available to us, by the travel providers at the time of your inquiry. Until the booking is completed the providers may change terms, conditions, dates, times, price, venues, airlines, availability or any other item in the itinerary. If we, as an agent, are aware of any such changes we will notify you before continuing your booking. Changes made by the provider are outlined in the providers terms of agreement, you may or may not be eligible for compensation directly through the provider if they are unable to provide or perform to the terms of the contract. We shall be held harmless due to issues that may occur between the contracted provider/s and the client, as we have no control over such.
